Elevators used for vertical transportation of powder and granular materials are produced in the capacity range of 60 m3/h to 700 m3/h. Elevators are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet. They are modular and provide easy assembly with bolted connections. The drive head is equipped with a dust explosion outlet for safety purposes as standard. There is an adjustable plate and maintenance glass to prevent the return of the transported material. The upper part of the drive head opens in two parts. Maintenance is easy and spare parts are available. The idler head has two maintenance windows in addition to two dust-tight maintenance and cleaning covers opposite each other. There is a tensioning mechanism for adjusting belt tension and centering. Speed sensor counting the idler drum speed ensures safe operation. Optionally, two belt slip sensors are installed on opposite sides. Elevator  pipes are made of galvanized steel with bolted connection flanges for easy assembly and disassembly.
