| At the start of the loading process, the bellows is lowered into the loading area or cellar of the truck/ship and remains in place. The material falls freely through the bellows. A flexible dust skirt on the underside of the bellows keeps the dust inside the loading area. The additional vacuum air of the dust extraction system ensures that dust emissions are effectively prevented. Level sensors connected to the device continuously monitor the product level. The bellows lift automatically when the filling level rises. At the end of the loading process, the loading bellows return to the upper standby position. Open truck loading bellows, ship loading bellows and storage loading bellows are available in various models and configurations depending on the type of bulk material, loading capacity and application requirements. |
